TEMPLE HILLS

ABOUT TEMPLE HILLS

Temple Hills Drive is one of the main arteries from Laguna Village to Top of the World, and sprouting from it are several streets that cut along terraces overlooking the town, or wind down into Rimrock Canyon. Many homes in the Temple Hills area have commanding views and some have very large lots. The streets facing Rimrock Canyon have a more southerly view and feature views of the natural preserve. The streets near the lower part of Temple Hills are known to have some of the best views in Laguna, with 180-degree panoramas that include Catalina, sunsets and white water breaking on Main Beach. The homes on the Rimrock side are generally larger, more private and serene. With the central Village just minutes away, the neighborhood is also very accessible. Homes here are generally 25 to 60 years old, although many have been renovated or completely rebuilt. Prices range from just under $2 million to over $10 million for newer private estates on very large lots, some well over an acre. In addition to the Village, Temple Hills residents enjoy close proximity to Top of the World, including Alta Laguna Park, Aliso and Woods Canyon Wilderness Park, hiking and biking trails and tennis courts.
