ABOUT PORTAFINA

Portafina is a small hilltop community located at the southern end of Arch Beach Heights, near Moulton Meadows Park, and at the top of Nyes Place which leads down to Victoria Beach. The homes are generally larger and the lots are larger than in Arch Beach Heights proper. The views are very spectacular as well. The community is surrounded by nature preserve and the Aliso Woods Canyon Wilderness Park, with hundreds of miles of interconnected hiking and biking trails and hundreds of acres of natural canyon. The community is known for privacy, ocean views and proximity to South Laguna.
